Dongyang NianYuan was not born as a factory—we began as a distributor in the apparel supply chain. Working between brands and factories gave us firsthand visibility into the biggest pain points in garment sourcing: fluctuating quality, unstable production, long timelines and inefficient communication.

Instead of accepting these limitations, we invested into building our own production facility. By integrating fabric sourcing, pattern development, automated cutting, assembly and QC, we gained full control over quality, timing and cost.
